A hidden gem!Good art and food. The plating is something to be admired. I've been to this sushi bar a few times and tried different items on the menu. You can't go wrong, everything tastes as good as it looks.

This place is my favored. I visit many restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very amicable and the cuisine they serve is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The food was beyond excellent i would highly recommend this place

This was a surprise and a delight. Not everyone in our party knew what they wanted, so staff took their time even with a full house to advise, direct, recommend. The food was wonderful. Fresh fish, classic Japanese foods, and a traditional Japanese eating space (pillows on floor) make with space a must eat.

At the first moment you step in this place team give you a great feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a happy place to to go out with friends or with your date. delightful food, skillful chef de cuisine, decent pay and courteous service. Highly recommended.

I arrive at this outstanding place once a month because I love the special atmosphere that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is exceptionally cordial and experienced. The service is deeply efficient. Most important, the food they prepare is highly distinguished. I have been there many times and I was always happy. The rate is honest. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

What a great find! I was craving sushi so bad so i hopped on google maps and found this place. Full belly no regrets! Looks like they have a party room and an excellent ingredient cooler. Wide array of options and excelent service await you here at Ariake Grille

Beautiful presentation, great flavors. Steak was a little tough, but not overly much. Friendly.

1. Nice atmosphere. Location looked very grimy .2. I love sushi. But this place is WAY over rated & and OVERPriced! 3. Might be a 4.7 star in Ohio... I’d rather save my money and have Sushi on vacation. 4. I ordered all the popular rolls, Sashimi, & Katsu.5. IF I came back it would only be Cali roll, Tuna roll, and Philly roll.

The service was rather show the night we went, but I got the impression that they were terribly shorthanded at the time. The food was good enough though that the slow service didn't really hamper the experience. We tried a nice variety of sushi, and every roll had a unique flavor and all of them were delicious. My group and I have tried lots of sushi at various local places, and Ariake definitely measures up exceptionally well. We'll be back for sure.

Our server was super nice and the food was great. A little bit longer wait than I wanted but we were their on a night they were shorthanded.

Seems quite authentic. Would love a bit more of a description of some of the foods. The steak was cold and very well done (I asked for medium). Food served in timely manner. Green tea ice cream was lacking any flavor. Bit on the costly end.

Everything from the hot matcha and shrimp tempura to the tea mug I drank from and the arrangement of the food was perfect! The premium Bento box is expertly assembled with the perfect cook on every individual item included in it. I had teriyaki salmon and sushimi with my box. My girlfriend had teriyaki chicken and sushi with her box. Every single thing including the service was phenomenal. Love this place

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a magnificent evening and the venue was undoubtedly one of the reasons for this fruitful meeting. The team cooperated in a graceful way, the food was very good and my guests were very overjoyed. We shall absolutely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

I've only had carry out from here but everything I've ever ordered has been completely delicious. Sushi tastes very authentic. Staff is friendly when I come to pick up, my order is always ready by the time I get there. I've never left a review for a restaurant before but I had to after I tried the Buckeye roll, it was so good. Will be coming back as often as I possibly can.

Ariake is my favorite ramen shop in the Dayton area. Their sushi is also great, and the decor is beautiful.

I have lived in Dayton for 3 years now and i am very sad that it took me this long to try Ariake Grille & Sushi Bar, it was AMAZING! I have never had authentic Roman and I finally got it! Staff was very friendly and food was service fast. We had a Yellow Tail Roll and two Bowls or Roman, one Miso and one shoyu. The Yellow Tail Roll was the best Sushi I have ever had and the Roman was Fantastic. My husband and I cannot wait to go back. I will say its a little pricey (I have a pretty tight budget) but well worth it, and compared to what I have spent at other Sushi restaurants it was cheaper. Highly recommended if you enjoy Sushi and want an authentic Japanese experience in Dayton Ohio. We will be back!

Spare rib udon was great. Squid tempura was as tender as a white fish. Amazing food. Waiter was cool and helped out. Will go back.

Best Japanese restaurant in the United States. Seriously this is the most authentic, freshly made Japanese food that you can get outside of Japan. It's very reasonably priced and the service is outstanding! I love the katsu curry and salmon belly.

This place is fantastic and broad, the menu was delightful and the prices were very reasonable. quickly, productive service and very welcoming staff members. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Most wonderful Sushi I've ever had.. .service was fantastic and engaging. We were only in town overnight, but I wish they were in my hometown

The best sushi I have had in the Dayton area so far. We also ordered the steamed then pan fried dumplings, those were also amazing. Everything was made with such care and you can taste it. I usually don't enjoy deep fried rolls, but here the batter was very light and crispy, and compared to other sushi I've had, they only use just enough cream cheese to get the flavor, so that it does not overtake the roll. I highly recommend, and can't wait to go back to explore the rest of the menu.

Great place for authentic Japanese!

First time here and the food was good. I had the tonkotsu ramen. I also ordered the California roll and spicy shrimp roll which were great. Only problem is they were short staffed and the food took awhile to get.

Wow. Incredible customer service. DoorDash driver forgot some things and Ariake made up for it! Thank you guys so much for the yummy sushi and great service!

Ariake is easily my favorite restaurant in the area! The food is absolutely delicious. I never leave unsatisfied, whether I order sushi, chicken, beef, ramen, you name it. Every time my friend comes to visit, this is where we go. My bf and I regularly come in to eat as well. The staff is always kind and helpful
